Payment Terms

Donations

Donations, if enabled, support development, hosting, data processing, and maintenance of Spice-Ex. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Premium Features

Premium features, if offered, may include enhanced market views, faster data access, saved preferences, alerts, exports, or other tools. The exact feature list, price, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown before checkout.

Billing

Recurring subscriptions, if enabled, renew automatically until canceled. Billing frequency, renewal date, currency, taxes, and total price will be displayed by the payment provider before purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel recurring premium access through the payment provider portal or an available support path before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Refunds

Donations are non-refundable unless required by law. Premium subscriptions are refundable only where required by law, where a clear billing error occurred, or where Spice-Ex expressly offers a refund.

Payment Processor

Payments may be processed by a third-party provider such as Stripe. Spice-Ex does not store full card numbers. The payment provider may run fraud checks and apply its own terms, privacy policy, and compliance rules.

Taxes

Prices may be subject to taxes, fees, or currency conversion depending on your location and payment method. The payment provider will show applicable charges before payment is completed.

No Market Data Guarantee

Payment does not guarantee that market data will be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Premium access is for site features and service support, not for guaranteed trading outcomes.
